Paulding Deputies arrest a Hiram man on Saturday morning October 28, 2023 for the murder of his estranged wife. Just after midnight on Saturday October 28, 2023, one of the individuals who was visiting 162 Topaz Drive Dallas, GA 30132 called Paulding E-911 reference a domestic dispute/home invasion.

It was reported that Tyron Victor Lambert (B/M, 42 YOA) came to the house of his estranged wife, Jasmyn Victoria Lambert (B/F, 37 YOA), and forced his way into the home via the rear door of the residence. During the course of the unwelcomed visit, a domestic dispute ensued and Tyron Lambert pointed a gun and threatened multiple individuals while inside the home.

When Tyron Lambert learned that law enforcement had been contacted, he fled the scene prior to their arrival. Paulding Deputies made a report, began the process to seek warrants for his arrest, placed the residence on zone patrol, and placed a “Be On The Lookout” (BOLO) out via dispatch for Tyron Lambert and his vehicle.

At 7:12 AM, a second call was made to Paulding E-911. The caller indicated that Tyron Lambert was back at the residence and that he had forced entry to the residence through the back door that he had entered through in the previous incident and that he was armed with a gun again. Deputies immediately responded to the scene.

When they got there, but before they could get inside the home, Deputies heard a gunshot. Deputies immediately made their way around to the side and back of the residence because Tyron Lambert was trying to flee on foot. After a brief struggle, Deputies were eventually able to subdue Tyron Lambert and get him in custody.

Sadly, Tyron Lambert was able to shoot his estranged wife fatally wounding her. Jasmyn Lambert was transported to Wellstar Paulding Hospital where she was later pronounced deceased. Tyron Lambert was transported to the Paulding County Jail where he was preliminarily charged with the following offenses:
