Heather Cape Hurst, 34, of 1862 Ridge Road, Dallas, was arrested on July 18, 2022 at 3:42 p.m. by the Hiram Police Department and booked into the Paulding County Jail on a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She remained in custody with no bond set.

Brian M George, 37, of 60 Granite Court, Dallas, was arrested on July 18, 2022 and booked into the Paulding County Jail by the Sheriffs Office at 10:45 p.m. on charges of improper use of a drivers license, driving while license suspended or revoked, and speeding. He was later released on a $3,694 bond on July 19, 2022 at 10:40 a.m.

Cody Adam Hurst, 37, of 2935 Bill Carruth Parkway, Hiram, was arrested by the Hiram Police Department on July 18, 2022 at 3:14 p.m. on a single felony charge of aggravated assault by strangulation. He remained in custody without bond set as of this posting.

Autry Taylor Hyatt, 18, of 1300 Merchants Drive #C9, Dallas, was arrested on July 18, 2022 and booked into the Paulding County Jail at 7:08 p.m. on a single charge of possession of marijuana less than an ounce. He was later released on a $1,300 bond on the misdemeanor charge on July 19, 2022 at 11:35 a.m.

Randy Jeron Mitchell, 47, of 5 Aspen Lane SE, Cartersville, was arrested on July 18, 2022 at 2:32 a.m. by the Dallas Police Department on charges of failure to obey traffic control device, open container in motor vehicle, operating motor vehicle without having required revalidation decal affixed to license plate, driving on wrong side of road, too fast for conditions and DUI – Alcohol. He was later released the same day on a $5,400 bond.

William Everett Witt, 50, listed as homeless in Dallas, was arrested by the Dallas Police Department on July 18, 2022 at 2:30 a.m. on a felony charge of theft by receiving stolen property and a misdemeanor for possession of drug-related objects prohibited. He remained in custody without bond.
