Paulding Jail report – Thursday, July 21, 2022

Michelle Bernice Enciso, 31, of 487 Linda Lane, Powder Springs, was jailed by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on July 20, 2022 and booked into the jail at 10:15 a.m. on a warrant arrest for the following September 7, 2021 charges: felony possession of a controlled substance, false imprisonment, hijacking a motor vehicle and robbery by sudden snatching, and misdemeanor charges of simple battery, failure to maintain lane, and a hit and run charge. She remained in custody on the charges without bail as of this posting.

Jose Garcia, 29, of 4605 Ben Hill Road, Douglasville, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on July 21, 2022 and was booked at 2 a.m. into the Paulding County Jail on charges of removing or affixing license plate for purpose of concealing identity of vehicle and driving without a valid license. He was being held on a $2,793 bond as of this posting.

Charles Dakota Loner, 26, 86 Powder Brook Court, Dallas, was arrested on July 20, 2022 and booked into the Paulding County Jail at 7:30 p.m. by the Sheriff’s Office on a single misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass – damage less than $500. He remained in custody on the single misdemeanor charge without bond set as of this posting.

Rodney Leon Oliver, 56, of 1690 Silverdale Lane, Lithia Springs, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on July 20, 2022 and was booked into the jail at 10:29 a.m. on a single charge of theft by shoplifting – conceal or taking possession that was committed on December 9, 2020. He remained in custody on the felony charge without bond set.

Douglas Shannon Wallace, 55, of 2799 Hopkins Road, Powder Springs, was jailed by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on July 20, 2022 at 10:44 a.m. on charges of open container in a motor vehicle and DUI – alcohol. Wallace remained in custody as of this posting without bond set on the pair of charges.
