Anthony P Bimbo, 37, of 794 McPherson Loop, Dallas, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on July 8, 2022 and booked into jail at 11:43 p.m. on charges of failure to maintain lane, speeding, material affixed which obstructs vision, DUI – alcohol, and no proof of insurance. He was later released on a $3,933 bond on July 9.
Christopher R C Brown, 56, of 245 Emily Drive, Dallas, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office and booked into jail on July 10, 2022 at 4:26 p.m. on a felony charge of terroristic threats and acts – intimidation, open container in motor vehicle, and DUI – alcohol. He remained in custody as of this posting without bond set.
Lejoni Antonio David, 25, of 165 Collins Run Drive, Dallas, was arrested on July 8, 2022 at 6:28 p.m. by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on a single misdemeanor charge of battery – intentionally causes substantial physical harm or visible bodily harm to another. Jonathan Didier Davila, 26, of 349 Hiram Acworth Hwy., Hiram, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on July 8, 2022 at 9:38 a.m. and booked into jail on charges of wireless telecommunications device use prohibited, and driving while license suspended or revoked. He was later released the same day on a $1,479 bond.
Jonathan Roberto Fontanez, 22, of 391 Old Acworth Road, Apt. 9, Dallas, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on July 8, 2022 at 9 p.m. on charges of DUI – alcohol, following too closely and seat belt required – adult. He was later released on July 9 on a $3,131 bond.
Kieasha Mona Freeman, 31, of 118 Somerset Club Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on July 11, 2022 and was booked into the Paulding County Jail at 12:37 a.m. on charges of endangering a child by DUI of alcohol or drugs, open container violation, and DUI – alcohol. She remained in custody as of this posting without bond set.
Romona Gail Guthrie, 65, of 395 Hogue Road, Dallas, was arrested by the Hiram Police Department on July 9, 2022 at 4:04 p.m. and booked into the Paulding County Jail on a single misdemeanor charge of theft by taking. She was additionally charged with six more counts of theft by taking as of July 11, 2022. She remained in custody as of this posting with no bond set.
Richard Karl Krause, 32, of 20 Ridgewood Way, Dallas, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on July 9, 2022 at 9:46 a.m. and booked into jail on a single felony charge of terroristic threats and acts – intimidation. He remained in custody as of this posting with no bond set.
Lisa Laura Rhoden, 58, of 582 Arrowhead Drive, Dallas, was taken into custody by the Georgia State Patrol on July 9, 2022 at 1:59 a.m. and booked into the Paulding County Jail on charges of DUI – alcohol and construction site speed violation (must report actual and posted speed.) Rhoden was released on a $3,681 bond the same day.
