Mr. James Lee, age 78, of Rockmart, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.
James was born in Newnan, Georgia on June 2, 1944. After the loss of his parents at a young age, he became the foster son of Rev. Hugh Parson and Mrs. Emogene Parson. They were friends of his mother.
James was employed by Atlanta Gas Light for 43 years, and a member of New Prospect Baptist Church in Rockmart, Georgia.
He is survived by his wife, Katrina K. Lee and his sister, Patricia Alexander.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 12:30 P.M. at The Grove Church Cemetery in Acworth, Georgia.
The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, July 7, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. at Benson Funeral Home.
