The following arrests were reported as of 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday, May 4, 2022:
Jhonny Enrique Becerra Herrera, 35, of 250 Clear Brook Trail, Douglasville, was taken into custody by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on May 3, 2022 and booked into the jail at 8:24 p.m. on charges of criminal trespass – damage less than $500, cruelty to children causes excessive physical or mental pain 1st degree, and battery – intentionally causes substantial physical harm or visible bodily harm to another.
Martin Eugene Johnson, 57, of 4085 Acworth Due West Road, Acworth, was arrested on May 3, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office and booked into jail at 10:11 a.m. on a single charge of failure to appear.
Brian Kyle Lawson, 46, of 2075 Hiram Acworth Hwy., Dallas, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on May 3, 2022 at 12:04 p.m. on a single charge of failure to appear.
George McKnight III, 115 Bainbridge Ct., Dallas, was arrested on May 4, 2022 and booked into jail at 9:37 a.m. by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on charges of cruelty to children – allow to witness felony/battery/family violence third degree, cruelty to children – causes excessive physical or mental pain – first degree, battery – intentionally causes substantial physical harm or visible bodily harm to another.
Michael Montez McMillian, 34, of 190 Christopher Drive, Hiram, was taken into custody on May 2, 20222 at 9:42 p.m. by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office and booked into jail on May 3, 2022 at 5:36 a.m. on a single charge of possession of firearm by a convicted felon or first offender.
Deandre Ramone Nelson, 28, of 8242 Duralee Lane 1316, Douglasville, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on May 3, 2022 and booked into jail at 9:59 a.m. on a single charge of failure to appear.
Patricia Williams, 68, of 3347 Bobo Road, Dallas, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on May 3, 2022 and booked into jail at 7:27 a.m. on charges of failure to maintain lane/improper driving on road, DUI – alcohol, and seat belt requirement – adults. She was released later the same day at 2:25 p.m. on a $3,151 bond.
