Here are the reports from Tuesday, July 5 through Wednesday, July 6 compiled at 9 a.m.

Jerry Dewayne Adams, 45, of 21147 GA 85, Gay, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on July 5, 2022 at 4:25 p.m. and booked into jail on felony charges of two counts of terroristic threats and acts and one count of theft by taking, and misdemeanor charges of four counts of cruelty to children in the third degree, and three counts of battery. Adams was being held without bail on the charges as of this posting.

Joshua Lee Braley, 33, of 6787 Creek Valley Way, Douglasville, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on July 5, 2022 at 10:56 a.m. and booked into the Paulding County Jail on a single charge of giving false name/address/birthdate to law enforcement officer. He was later released in the early morning hours of July 6 on a $1,300 bond.

Kenneth James Burrell, 20, of 118 Birchwood Drive, Temple, was arrested by the Dallas Police Department on July 5, 2022 at 9:22 a.m. and booked into the Paulding County Jail on a DUI – drugs charge, and two counts of probation violation. He remained in custody as of this posting on a $4,400 bond.

Maquintise Charles Davis, 37, of 50 Fair Havens Drive, Hiram, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on July 5, 2022 at 8:14 p.m. on charges of criminal trespass – damage less than $500, cruelty to children in the third degree, and battery and was booked into the Paulding County Jail this morning. Additional charges were added after he was taken into custody, including a felony charge of cruelty to children in the first degree, and misdemeanor charges of cruelty to children in the third degree, two counts of simple assault, and another count of simple battery. He is being held without bond as of this posting.

Christopher Hires, 22, of 490 Forrest Hills Drive, Dallas, was arrested on July 5, 2022 at 3:41 p.m. by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on a felony charge of criminal trespass – damage more than $500 and a misdemeanor charge of obstruction of law enforcement officers. He remained in custody without bond set as of this posting.

Antonio Fredri Huiel, 56, of 549 Paulding Lane, Dallas, was arrested by the Dallas Police Department and booked into the jail on July 5, 2022 at 2:54 a.m. on a single charge of disorderly conduct. He was being held on a $1,000 bond as of this posting.

Ashlee Letyce Jones, 30, of 218 Morningside Drive, Hiram, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on July 5, 2022 and booked into jail at 2:27 p.m. on felony charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal damage to property in the second degree and terroristic threats and acts. She was also booked on a single misdemeanor charge of reckless conduct. Jones was being held without bond set as of this posting.

Kaley Leighann Nelson, 29, of 4725 North Cobb Pkwy. #206, Acworth, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on July 5, 2022 and booked into jail at 7:52 p.m. on multiple misdemeanor charges including hit and run, reckless driving, duty to report an accident with injury, death or damage, giving false name/address/birthdate to law enforcement officers, failure to obey stop sign and following too closely. She was being held without bond as of this posting.

Michael Solomon Perry Jr., 49, of 301 Ivy Glenn Ct., Dallas, was arrested by the Hiram Police Department on July 5, 2022 at 7:59 p.m. and booked into jail on multiple misdemeanor charges including instruction permits, provisional licenses and temporary license, driving unsafe improperly equipped vehicle, failure to obey traffic control device and driving while license suspended or revoked. He remained in custody as of this posting on a $3,100 bond.
