Today’s report includes arrests from July 1 through July 4, 2022.

Tabitha Lynn Agra, 23, of 1175 Old Harris Rd., Dallas, was arrested by the Dallas Police Department and booked into jail on July 4, 2022 at 12:20 a.m. on a felony possession of a controlled substance charge, and two misdemeanors for possession and use of drug-related objects and reckless conduct. She remained in custody as of this posting on a $6,050 bond.

Christopher Jay Barbosa, 21, of 212 Rustic Ridge Dr. NE, Kennesaw, was taken into custody by Georgia State Patrol on July 2, 2022 at 1:55 a.m. and booked into the Paulding County Jail on misdemeanor charges of DUI – alcohol and speeding. He was later released on a $3,663 bond on the same day.

Allison Nichole Bruton, 27, of 1175 Old Harris Rd. Apt. 1421, Dallas, was arrested by the Dallas Police on July 4, 2022 and booked into jail at 12:20 a.m. on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanors for reckless conduct and possession and use of drug-related objects. Bruton remained in custody on a $6,050 bond as of this posting.

Jason Eric Byrum, 34, of 677 Tumlin Lake Rd., Temple, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on July 4, 2022 at 10:41 a.m. and booked into the Paulding County Jail after on a charge of DUI drugs and failure to obey traffic control device. He was later released on a $3,121 bond the same day.

Armani Cherestal, 20, of 1295 Bentwater Drive, Acworth, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office and booked into the jail on July 5, 2022 at 1 a.m. on a single charge of criminal trespass – damage less than $500. No bond had been set as of this posting.

William Howard Connell, 58, of 1007 Old Harris Rd., Dallas, was arrested on July 3, 2022 by the Hiram Police Department and booked into jail at 9:15 p.m. on charges of knowingly driving motor vehicle on suspended, canceled or revoked registration and driving while license suspended or revoked. He was being held on a $3,800 bond as of this posting.

Jeremiah Laurence Edwards, 21, of 25 Cleburne Place, Acworth, was arrested on July 1, 2022 at 8:45 p.m. by the Dallas Police Department and booked into the Paulding County Jail on charges of simple battery and criminal trespass – damage less than $500. He was being held on the misdemeanor charges on a $1,850 bond and remained in custody as of this posting.

Aldayne Anthony Fearon, 29, of 104 McKinley Ct., Powder Springs, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on Juiy 3, 2022 at 3:13 p.m. on a single charge of violation of family violence order. He was later released on a $2,950 bond on July 5, 2022.

Jemele Timothy Harper, 22, of 62 Oakland Way, Dallas, was arrested by the Dallas Police Department on July 2, 2022 at 1:45 a.m. and booked into jail on felony charges of possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence, and misdemeanor charges of obstruction of law enforcement officers, possession and use of drug-related objects and operating motor vehicle without having required revalidation decal affixed to license plate. He was later released on July 4, 2022 on a $10,870 bond.

Matthew Jon Jones, 23, of 218 Bridge Grv., Douglasville, was arrested on July 2, 2022 at 11:01 a.m. by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on a misdemeanor battery charge. He remained in custody on a $5,700 bond as of this posting.

Kristen Mallory Lanier, 21, of 410 Spring View Court, Dallas, was arrested on July 2, 2022 at 4:26 p.m. by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on two felony charges of forgery and possession of a controlled substance, and a misdemeanor charge of obtaining or attempting to obtain regulated drugs by fraud, forgery, concealment or material… (? – KtE.) She was being held on a $12,300 bond as of this posting.

Travis Livingston, 38, of 208 Park St. #114, Dallas, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on July 2, 2022 at 2:13 p.m. and later booked into the jail on two counts of simple battery against a person who is 65 years or older or who is pregnant at the time of the offense. He was later released on a $2,950 bond on July 4.

Glenn Wesley Richardson, 61, of 209 Nottingham Drive, Douglasville, was arrested on July 3, 2022 at 11:25 p.m. by the Georgia State Patrol on misdemeanor charges of open container in a motor vehicle, hit and run, failure to maintain lane and DUI – alcohol. He was released on July 4, 2022 on a $4,829 bond.

Levi Cade Stollar, 33, of 290 Oliver Drive, Dallas, was arrested on July 3, 2022 at 7:35 p.m. by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on misdemeanor charges of theft by shoplifting and obstruction of law enforcement officers. He was being held without bond as of this posting.

Edward Philip Thebeau, 43, of 196 Lost Meadows Drive, Dallas, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on July 1, 2022 at 1:40 p.m. and booked into jail on misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass – damage less than $500, and battery against a person who is 65 years of age or older. He remained in custody as of this posting on a $5,700 bond.

Steven Michael Ulmer, 40, of 183 Bethnal Way, Douglasville, was arrested on July 3, 2022 at 2:56 a.m. by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on a pair of misdemeanor charges of cruelty to children – child under 18 years of age/hears act/commits forcible felony/FV battery 3rd degree, and simple battery. He was being held as of this posting on a $5,700 bond.

Dante Jaquawn Walker, 22, of 575 Pharr Rd. NE Unit 52181, Atlanta, was arrested by the Hiram Police Department on July 3, 2022 at 1:30 a.m. and booked into the Paulding County Jail where he remained in custody without bond on felony charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies, felony possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug related objects, and drugs not in original container and speeding. He remained in custody as of this posting.
