The following reports were gathered on April 1, 2022, but represent arrests from a March 30 through March 31 date range.
Roslynn Marie Batups, 50, of 188 Anita Drive, Powder Springs, was booked into the jail by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on March 30, 2022 at 5:07 p.m. on charges of cruelty to children cause excessive physical or mental pain – 1st degree and battery – aggravated assault. She was later released on a $4,600 bond on April 1, 2022.
Mark Francis Bellino, 35, of 831 Morris Road, Hiram, was arrested on March 30, 2022 at 7:19 p.m. by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office and later booked into jail where he remained on a $11,400 bond for charges of stalking, aggravated stalking, four counts of obstruction of law enforcement officers, driving while license suspended or revoked, and theft by taking – theft from building.
Margaret Christine Burns, 47, of 324 King James Drive, Dallas, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on March 30, 2022 and booked into jail at 12:29 p.m. on a single charge of contempt of court.
Brent Andrew Dean, 31, of 232 Clark Road, (no city listed), was arrested on March 31, 2022 at 4:34 p.m. on charges of two counts of probation violation and a single charge of giving false name/address/birthdate to law enforcement officers.
Kayla Michelle Easterwood, 34, of 18 Meadowbrook Lane, Dallas, was taken into custody by the Dallas Police Department on March 31, 2022 and booked into jail at 4:34 p.m. on charges of false information to law enforcement, windshields, wipers or tints and driving while license suspended or revoked.
Kayla Savannah Keller, 28, of 374 Quail Hollow Drive, Dallas, was arrested on March 31, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office and booked into jail at 10:43 a.m. on a single charge of theft of services.
Jonathan Ricardo Mera, 27, of 107 Rampart St., Dallas, was arrested on March 30, 2022 and booked into jail at 11:45 a.m. on charges of two counts of criminal damage to property in the second degree, and four counts of simple battery – physical contact of insulting or provoking nature.
Traci Marie Mitchell, 32, of 6998 Braswell Mountain Rd., Apt. 5, Rockmart, was arrested by the Dallas Police Department on March 31, 2022 and booked into jail at 11:18 p.m. on charges of contempt of court; windshields, wipers or tints; failure to dim headlights; driving while license suspended or revoked; and a warrant arrest.
Lacenia Prado Elvir, 50, of 1288 Old Powder Springs Rd., Mableton, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on March 31, 2022 and booked into jail at 5:52 p.m. on charges of improper stopping and driving without a valid license. She was later released on April 1 on a $1,673 bond.
Samuel Gustavo Solorzano Rodriguez, 22, of 7115 Chappell Circle, Atlanta, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on March 31, 2022 and booked into jail at 6:18 p.m. on charges of driving without a valid license and following too closely. He was later released from the Paulding County Jail on a $1,673 bond on April 1, 2022.
Joelle Ivory Russell, 26, of 372 Fieldcrest Drive, Dallas, was arrested on March 31, 2022 and booked into jail at 7:38 p.m. by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on charges of speeding, knowingly driving motor vehicle on suspended, canceled or revoked registration and no proof of insurance.
