The following arrests were reported as of 12 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2022:
Silas Alan Atcheson, 38, of 350 Dogwood Path B13, Hiram, was arrested on June 20, 2022 at 7:54 p.m. and booked into the Paulding County Jail by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on felony charges of Cruelty to Children in the first degree, and child molestation. He remains in jail on a $11,200 bond.
Danielle Jodeine Baines, 40, of 305 Wildwood Drive, Dallas, was arrested on June 20, 2022 at 4:08 p.m. by the Dallas Police Department on misdemeanor charges of DUI Drugs, DUI Alcohol, failure to maintain lane and improper turn. She was later released on an $8,400 bond on June 21, 2022.
Kenneth Morgan Bevel, 36, of 270 Riverwood Drive, Dallas, was taken into custody on June 20, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office at 7:24 p.m. and booked into the Paulding County Jail on a single felony charge of enticing a child for indecent purposes. He remained in jail with no bond set.
Candice Marie Brewer, 38, of 127 McBee St. #7, Dallas, was booked into the Paulding County Jail by the Dallas Police Department on June 22, 2022 at 3:14 p.m. and remained in custody on a $1,300 bond on charges of two counts of felony probation violation and a misdemeanor charge theft by shoplifting.
Kenneth Earl Carter, 34, of 1704 Augusta Drive, Dallas, was arrested on June 20, 2022 at 3:18 p.m. on a single charge of driving while license suspended or revoked by the Dallas Police Department. He was later released from the Paulding County Jail on a $2,200 bond on June 21, 2022.
Nakiyya Davis, 22, of 306 Cameron Road, McDonough, was arrested on June 22, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the jail at 8:46 p.m. on a single charge of driving while license suspended or revoked. She was later released on a $1,379 bond on June 23, 2022.
Aaron Tavon Evans, 21, of 103 Fate Court, Dallas, was arrested on a single charge of driving while license suspended or revoked by the Dallas Police Department on June 22, 2022 and booked into jail at 11:16 p.m. He was later released on June 23 on a $2,200 bond.
Steven Slayton Glass, 33, of 164 Michael Court, Dallas, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol on June 21, 2022 and booked into jail at 11:48 p.m. on multiple misdemeanor charges including failure to appear, expired or no license plate, headgear & eye protection devices for riders, no proof of insurance, driving while license suspended or revoked, and DUI alcohol. He remained in custody on an $18,322 bond.
Patrick Lavell Harris, 22, of 75 Elderberry Point, Dallas, was arrested on June 22, 2022 by the Dallas Police Department and booked into the Paulding County Jail at 8:48 p.m. on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor charges of no proof of insurance and driving while license suspended or revoked. He remained in custody as of this posting with no bond information available.
James Timothy Haynes, 42, of 113 Hickory Brook Lane, Acworth, was taken into custody on June 20, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office and booked into the jail at 10:28 p.m. on misdemeanor charges of three counts of cruelty to children in the third degree and simpole battery. He remained in jail on a $4,600 bond as of this posting.
Rheanna Jenkins, 31, 1627 N. County Line Road, Lithia Springs, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on June 21, 2022 at 1:34 a.m. and remained in custody at the Paulding County Jail on a $10,810 bond on a felony charge of fleeing or attempting to elude, and misdemeanor charges of DUI Drugs, driving on a suspended or revoked license, failure to signal lane change or turn, obstruction of officers, failure to maintain lane, failure to yield right of way to emergency vehicle and failure to obey traffic control device.
Brooke Elizabeth Leland, 34, of 8482B Dawn Ave., Douglasville, was arrested on June 22, 2022 by the Hiram Police Department and booked into the Paulding County Jail on June 22, 2022 at 12:56 p.m. on misdemeanor charges of hit and run, following too closely, and two counts of child safety restraint, She remained in custody on a $2,340 bond as of this posting.
Jaylen Elijah Myers, 18, of 321 Camden Woods Drive, Dallas, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on June 20, 2022 and booked into jail at 10:15 p.m. on charges of criminal trespass – unlawful purpose and statutory rape. He was later released on a $6,800 bond on June 22, 2022.
Antonio Demon Perkinson, 32, of 3576 Adams Landing Drive, Dallas, was arrested on June 22, 2022 at 4:09 p.m. by the Dallas Police Department on a single charge of driving while license suspended or revoked. He was later released on a $2,200 bond.
Bryant Terrell Robertson, 37, of 1371 Westmont Road SW, Atlanta, was arrested on June 20, 2022 by the Dallas Police Department at 8:03 a.m. and was booked into the Paulding County Jail shortly thereafter on a pair of misdemeanor charges for speeding and driving without a valid license. He was later released on June 22, 2022 on a $2,600 bond.
Richard Jordan Sexton Jr., 50, of 101 Auburn Park, Dallas, was taken into custody by Dallas Police on June 23, 2022 at 4:11 a.m. and booked into the Paulding County Jail on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges including driving while license suspended or revoked and a warrant arrest for charges filed earlier in the year, including forgery in the third degree, theft by receiving stolen property, contempt of court and failure to appear. He remained in custody on a $5,150 bond.
Robert C Smith Jr., 18, of 38 Leafview Court, Dallas, was arrested on June 20, 2022 at 9:34 p.m. by the Dallas Police Department and later booked into jail on two charges of fleeing or attempting to elude and speeding. He was later released on a $2,500 bond on June 21.
Giovanni Sturgis, 36, of 2412 Dunwoody Crossing, Apt. 1, Atlanta, was arrested on June 21, 2022 and booked into jail at 2:50 a.m. by the Georgia State Patrol on charges of expired decal on license plate, speeding, driving while license suspended or revoked, and no proof of insurance. He was later released from the Paulding County Jail on a $2,191 bond the same day.
Prisilla Luann Vaughn, 27, of 464 Dogwood Path, Hiram, was arrested on June 21, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office and booked into jail at 8:34 a.m. on felony possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor charges of possession and use of drug-related objects and driving on a suspended license. She was later released on a $5,464 bond on June 22, 2022.
Candas Cordia Ware, 27, of 112 Haeven Trail, Dallas, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on June 20, 2022 and booked into jail at 11:17 a.m. on a single charge of simple battery – intentionally causes physical harm to another. She was later released on June 22, 2022 on a $1,300 bond.
Christopher M Williams, 35, of 401 Hideaway Loop, Glenbury, Maryland, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office On June 20, 2022 at 10:38 a.m. and later booked into jail on a single charge of violation of family violence order. He was being held as of this posting with no bond set.
