Today’s report includes arrests from over the weekend starting on the evening of June 24 and continuing until June 27, 2022 as of 10 a.m.
Darlene Nicole Brister, 40, of 776 Woodwind Drive, Rockmart, was taken into custody on June 24, 2022 at 9:30 p.m. on two felony counts of malice murder by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office. She remained in custody without bond the pair of charges.
Brandi Lynn Folds, 44, of 37 Country Club Lane, Hiram, was arrested by the Hiram Police Department on June 24, 2022 at 11:14 p.m. and booked into the Paulding County Jail on misdemeanor charges of obstruction of officers and simple battery. She remained in the Paulding County Jail as of this posting with no bond set.
Brian Aaron Fox, 40, of 372 Stone Ridge Circle, Hiram, was taken into custody on June 26 at 12:15 p.m. by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on numerous charges including felonies for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault by strangulation, three counts of cruelty to children in the second degree, two counts of criminal trespass, and terroristic threats or acts – intimidation, along with misdemeanor charges for obstruction or hindering person making emergency telephone call, simple battery, and four counts of cruelty to children in the third degree. Fox remained in custody as of this posting without bail.
Lindsey Jean Goddard, 40, of 350 Paulding Lane Apt. B31, Dallas, was arrested by the Dallas Police Department on June 26, 2022 at 2:56 a.m. and booked into the Paulding County Jail on a felony charge of cruelty to children in the second degree, and a misdemeanor charge of battery. She remained in jail without bond set.
Crystus Nicole Graham, 25, of 89 Emily Drive, Dallas, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on June 27 at 1:05 a.m. and booked into the jail on a single misdemeanor charge of battery. She was being held without bond as of this posting.
Emily Grace Minchew, 29, of 274 North Ave., Hiram, was arrested on June 25, 2022 at 5:47 p.m. by the Georgia State Patrol on a single count of DUI – Alcohol. She was later released on a $2,827 bond on June 26, 2022.
Jarad Thomas Sanders, 34, of 112 Pleasant Way, Temple, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on June 25, 2022 at 12:38 p.m. and booked into the jail on initial charges of aggravated assualt by strangulation and battery. Additional charges were added for trafficking in methamphetamine or amphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies. Sanders was being held as of this posting without bond set.
