The following arrests were reported as of 9:20 a.m. on March 11, 2022:

Brett Austin Bradberry, 38, of 339 Wildwood Drive, Dallas, was being held at the Paulding County Jail for another agency.

Francisco Figueroa III, 41, of 201 Butler Industrial Drive, Dallas, was jailed by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on felony charges of exploitation and intimidation of disabled adults, elder persons, and residents; obstruction of investigation and aggravated battery, and misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass – damage less than $500, criminal trespass – unlawful purpose and a warrant.

Stephon T Gardner, 33, of 131 Stone Ridge Circle, Hiram, was jailed on two counts of simple assault by the Hiram Police Department.

Anthony Connor Haney, 21, of 108 Wagon Trail Circle, Dallas, was jailed by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on a single misdemeanor charge of theft by taking.

Evan Scott Holland, 27, of 112 South St. A, Dallas, was jailed on a felony charge of aggravated assault by strangulation, and a misdemeanor charge of battery – intentionally causes substantial physical harm or visible bodily harm to another.

Elizabeth Leigh Parker, 39, of 83 Donna Lane, Dallas, was jailed by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office on charges of felony cruelty to persons 65 years or older, and a misdemeanor charge of simple assault.

Reginald Quantez Smith, 39, of 5530 Old Dixie Hwy O14, Forest Park, was being held on a felony malice murder and a charge of exploitation of disabled adults, elder persons, and residents; obstruction of investigation.

Cassandra Stephanie Thomas, 45, of 264 White Flower Circle, Villa Rica, was arrested by the Hiram Police Department on misdemeanor charges of knowingly driving motor vehicle on suspended, canceled or revoked registration, driving while license suspended or revoked and no proof of insurance.

James Edward Willis, 45, of 161 Owens Road, Dallas, was jailed on three felony counts of probation violation by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office.
