The following arrests were reported as of 10 a.m. on Monday, June 20, 2022:
Collyn Cunard, 25, of 244 Garnett Ridge Road, Hiram, was arrested on June 19, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on charges of misdemeanor failure to appear and felony probation violation.
Marcus Edward Cunard, 51, of 244 Garnett Ridge Road, Hiram, was arrested on June 19, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on two probation violation charges.
Vitaliano Dominguez Mendez, 48, of 1355 Graves Road Apt. S4, Norcross, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on June 19, 2022 on charges of unsecured load, too fast for conditions, expired or no license, driving without a valid license, and failure to maintain lane/improper driving on roadway. He was later released on a $2,695 bond the same day.
Marni I A Dulin, 53, of 64 Cove Drive, Hiram, was arrested on two counts of simple battery – physical contact of insulting or provoking nature on June 18, 2022 bny the Paulding County Sheriffs Office.
Christopher Anthony Garland, 30, of 74 Vantage Way, Dallas, was arrested on June 19, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on charges of DUI – alcohol, reckless driving and failure to obey stop sign.
Shalethia Lavonda Green, 38, of 609 Water Way Trail, Powder Springs, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on June 19, 2022 on a single charge of battery – intentionally causes substantial physical harm or visible bodily harm to another.
Joshua Adam Jenkins, 37, of 201 Indian Hills Drive, Dallas, was arrested on June 19, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on two counts of hit and run and reckless conduct.
Nathan Robert Kern, 40, of 76 Ferguson Place, Dallas, was arrested on June 19, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on charges of probation violation, battery – intentionally causes substantial physical harm or visible bodily harm to another, obstruction of law enforcement officer, criminal trespass – damage less than $500, and battery – intentionally causes substantial physical harm or visible bodily harm to another.
Victor L Langston, 38, of 609 Water Way Trail, Powder Springs, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on a single felony charge of aggravated assault by strangulation.
Zane Christopher Lapeyrouse, 48, of 29 Sedgefield Overlook, Dallas, was arrested on June 19, 2022 by the Georgia State Patrol on a felony charge of fleeing or attempting to elude, along with misdemeanor charges of speeding, failure to maintain lane, too fast for conditions, reckless driving, and driving under the influence of alcohol.
John Thomas Lee Jr., 54, of 555 Crimson Drive, Dallas, was arrested on June 18, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on charges of reckless driving and pointing or aiming gun or pistol at another.
Christian Taylor McCollum, 20, of 197 Southern Oaks Drive, Dallas, was arrested on June 20, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on two felony charges of theft by receiving stolen property and fleeing or attempting to elude, along with misdemeanor charges of driving without a valid license, too fast for conditions, removing or affixing license plate for purposes of concealing identity of vehicle, no passing zones, and failure to obey stop sign.
Garrett Edward Cole Moore, 30, of 96 Southern Trace Way, Rockmart, was arrested by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on June 18, 2022 on a single felony charge of unlawful for any person to purchase, possess, or have under his or her control any controlled substance.
Crystal Yvette Pearson, 32, of 478 Fieldcrest Drive, Dallas, was arrested on June 19, 2022 by the Paulding County Sheriffs Office on a pair of charges of criminal trespass – damage less than $500, and battery – intentionally causes substantial physical harm or visible bodily harm to another. She was later released on a $2,400 bond later in the day.
April Diana Plunkett, 37, of 51 Country Side, Dallas, was being held for another agency.
Bryant Terrell Robertson, 37, of 1371 Westmont Road SW, Atlanta, was arrested on June 20, 2022 by the Dallas Police Department for speeding and driving without a valid license.
