A much-needed donation that can help ensure that officers are able to immediately treat injuries in the field came to the Paulding, Polk and Haralson County Sheriff’s Offices in recent days.
New first aid kits were dispersed between the three agencies from Saving Lives America, thanks to the efforts of Cpl. Kevin Dutton of the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office in previous weeks.
The donations were also provided to Hiram and Dallas Police, and the Paulding County Marshal’s Bureau.

Corporal Kevin Dutton, of the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office Training Division, was able to get 250 First Aid Kits (which include a tourniquet) donated from Saving Lives America. The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office, the Hiram Police Department, the Paulding County Marshal Bureau, the City of Dallas GA Police Department, the Haralson County Sheriff’s Office, the Polk County Georgia Sheriff’s Office were all able to get some of the kits.
