Two teens from Paulding County High School on Wednesday made a trip to the hospital, according to reports from WSB-TV confirmed by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office.
The PCSO is investigating after the pair of teens were alleged to have ingested “candy” and experienced an unknown medical issue from the snack.
Officials at the PCSO were unable to provide further information since the pair of students had not been forthcoming about what they ate at the time.
No charges have been filed, and no arrests have been made as of this posting as the incident remains under investigation.
